Blackberry Cobbler

One of my wife's best recipes for our abundance of blackberries in July is her cobbler. I've tried to capture the richness of her dessert in a Jam & Glaze, loaded with blackberries, a hint of cinnamon and a dusting of roasted pecans! On toast, over cream cheese or as a glaze on ribs or pork chops, this one is sure to please.
