Jalapeno Lime Syrup
One year, not so long ago we had a bumper crop of Jalapeno peppers. "What are you going to do with all those peppers" my wife asked? Not sure I shrugged, then it hit me.....people love our hot pepper jams, why not a hot pepper syrup? Here it is, great pepper flavor, a little bit of heat and a whole lotta love in this bottle. Use it as a glaze on meats and seafood, mix with a little vinegar for salads and shake with some tequila for a great cocktail.
