Chipotle Dry Rub
Great spice blend using our own Jalapeno peppers that have been smoked with hickory bark. Perfect blend of sweet and salt with a little heat. As with most of our rubs maple sugar is used in balance with kosher salt and spices. Use on chicken, pork or beef on the grill or smoker. Sprinkle on stir fried shrimp or a salad.
